Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- These rates include all fees except a $100.00 cleaning charge, the VT Room Tax of 9% and a $250.00 refundable security deposit. The condo provides linens, paper supplies, a fully equipped kitchen, Internet access, washer & dryer, boot dryer, and firewood. For summer guests, both the on site tennis courts and the swimming pool are available.The Mad River Bus provides free shuttle service to Lincoln Peak via Mount Ellen (North). Guests may board it free of charge on the corner of the Access Rd. and Christmas Tree Rd., about 100 yards from the condo.
For rentals of more than 30 consecutive days, the 9% VT Room Tax does not apply. - Holiday Rates are higher than non-holiday periods. Please contact owner for information.
