Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning and beach club fees are included in our rates.
- A security deposit of $500 is required upon check in and is returned upon check out.
50% of rental amount is due with reservation to hold your dates. Balance due by 30 days prior to arrival.
A $50 fee for the week must be paid to the beach club for usage.
