Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- --Reservation Deposit - After receiving your notice of intent to rent (via email or phone call), your reservation will go on a 48 hour courtesy hold while we receive a 50% reservation deposit payment. The property will only be booked and confirmed after receipt of reservation deposit plus signed rental contract. This deposit is non refundable.
