$100 cleaning fee for weekly renters, $150 for monthly renters
No pets allowed! - $250 Deposit is required within 7 days after booking to hold reservation. This will initially hold your reservation, and will then become your security deposit after you move in. It will be refunded within 10 business days after you leave the property when there are no damages or excessive cleaning required. The deposit will be returned to you in US currency through credit refund.
