- This home is able to accommodate large gatherings for family and friends, while still maintaining an intimate retreat for just one or two. There are three bedroom each with Queen beds and individual bathrooms, so that it is a perfect house for 3 couples or guests. The upstairs guest room offers a bedroom with private bath and a living area, making a nice guest retreat. The master bedroom is at the back wing of the house and has a little office area just outside the bedroom. The third bedroom is on the first floor and is just delightful. There is a daybed in the office which nicely accomodates the 7th person with a private space. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the media room for the 8th person.
