Reservations require a one-half deposit to reserve the property, which includes the security deposit, applicable taxes. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to reservation date. A rental agreement and contract must accompany deposit. If booking is less than 30 days prior to arrival payment is due in full. If more than 7 months before the reservation date 10% deposit is all that is required.
*Check In
Electronic codes for the building and the condo will be provided the day before your reservation date. No check in at a rental office is required, no keys need to be returned. Just arrive punch in the code and your vacation begins!
•No group rentals to under 25 year olds. No high school renters.
Linens are not provided, but available from several companies Contact Owner and we can co-ordinate Linens for guests if desired
Must provide your own paper goods
4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards and a beach umbrella are in the storage closet for guests use

Second Master bedroom with queen bed and large bathroom, third bedroom has Full Sized Bunk bed as well as single trundle with private bath. All bedrooms have their own HD LCD TV's with DVD players. Front master bedroom has access to oversized balcony that is in front of the living room and master bedroom. Great view of the ocean and boardwalk. Master bedroom has 42' 1080p TV wall mounted w/ Blue ray DVD player. Other 2 bedrooms have 32' Panasonic HD with DVD player and Ipod craddle. Electric Storm shutters can be closed in master bedroom and living room to reduce outside noise from boardwalk.
