- PayPal with credit card payments accepted. Rates subject to change without notice until confirmed. 50% deposit required to confirm booking. Rates include any taxes
Cancellation Policy.
In order to maintain the highest quality for our clients at reasonable rates, we have implemented a cancellation policy.
If you cancel your reservation before 90 days, we charge you 50% for commissions and expenses and we will give you back 50% of your deposit. If you cancel your reservation within 90 days prior to your arrival, we will keep 100% of your deposit, as we are reserving a place in your name,for this period of time. We have numerous requests that we would have to refuse. These months are high season and very desirable, we are already taking bookings, because we have reservations in advance.
All things said and done, i'm open to re-bookings for a commission fee of 20% and or put toward another time for booking condo. Open to finding another person to fill the time slot or find another book - Remember everyone wants the same months and weeks, so best to reserve your weeks in advance.
Cancellation policy is flexible with in reason. Understandable, things happen and everybody has sudden incidents that occur, we are flexible.

Closet storage, in hallway with ample room for suit cases, hanging items, towels, linens, clothes, safe provided for passport money.
