- All rentals include utilities, phone, cable, and 2 hour professional cleaning. If the cleaning takes longer than 2 hours because the home was left dirty, an additional cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit. Tenants are expected to remove all garbage from the premises and leave the home clean (i.e., broom swept, counters clean, refrigerator cleared, etc.)
