The second bedroom with its own full bath has 2 twin beds that can be adjoined to realize a King Bed. Both second level bedrooms have their own adjoining porch decks for private outdoor space. The laundry center is conveniently housed on the second level behind bi-fold doors. The third level is reminiscent of turn of the century conch houses with its cozy yet expansive loft, where your guests can enjoy plenty of privacy and a spectacular view of the Casa Marina neighborhood. The en-suite bath is the largest in the house and includes a sky light allowing the natural light to pour in.
