- The Master and First Guest bedrooms feature queen beds and private baths. The Second Guest bedroom (we call it the Children's Room) features a combination bunk bed with a twin upper and full lower and a second twin bed. A Pack and Play crib is available, as well as 2 inflatable queen mattresses for additional occupancy. The unit is designed for family occupancy, typically two couples and their children, or three couples. While maximum occupancy is 8 persons, the unit will not accomodate 8 adults comfortably.
