Tucson House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Winter/Spring Oct1- April 30 - 1200/week , 250/night , 3000/month , 3 night min
GUEST HOUSE
Summer/fall May1-Sept 30 - 750/week, 130/night, 1500/month 3 night min
Winter/Spring Oct1-April 30- 850/week, 175/night, 1800/month 3 night min - We charge a 'reservation deposit' of $500. This is payable within 4 days of when the reservation is made. This reservation deposit then converts to a security deposit on arrival. If guests cancel at any time they lose their reservation deposit.
CANCELLATIONS – Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay forfeit the any advance rental payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent for the unused period.
