- $1000 or 30% of rent deposit is due upon reservation, with the balance due 60 days prior to rental date. Refunds will be given only with 60 days notice and the re-rental of the property for the involved week(s) with no loss to owner. Should the cancellation occur within two months of the rental date, deposit will be held.
$300 security deposit will be due at time of final payment, and will be returned to renter within two weeks of check-out date. Any damage done to condo unit will be deducted from security deposit.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Rate will be higher for more than 6 people.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday check in 4:00 PM check out 10:00 AM - *Best units in the building.
Must be 25 years old or older to rent. We rent to families ONLY.
