- $99/night 1-2 guests TAX: 12% CLEANING: $65 EXTRA GUESTS: age 5 & up, $10; per person per night; under age 5,$5 per person per night; under 1 yr., no charge; minimum stays may apply during holidays and peak months
DOGS: $10 per night for 1 dog; $5 per night for each additional dog.;
RESERVATION FEE/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $200, fully refundable after a stay--sent within 14 days of departure, pending inspection of property;
Minimum Age of Responsible Party: 25 (we've waived this in past, but call to discuss exceptions).
