Standard Reservation is three nights rent + one night stay refundable damage deposit (this may vary for longer stays).
Remaining balance is due 45 days in advance of stay.
Payable by personal check or cashier's check or credit card.
Credit Card payment accepted through PayPal and via phone.
Adds only 4% (USD) to rates to pay by major Credit Card if within United States; 5% for outside U.S.A.
Housekeeping service during stay is available upon request for a fee.
One (1) complimentary housekeeping service is available upon request for stays of more than ten nights.
