Delray Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Longer Term rent negotiable, call for pricing. Required weekly cleaning, deducted from deposit
- Security deposit of $1,000 CASH required of each weekly and $1,500 for monthly or longer renters, payable upon arrival and returned, if possible, upon departure..
All rent payments due up front regardless of length of stay. Deposits due upon arrival in cash only!
Deposit not used (for items such as cleaning, electric overage, damage, etc.) is returned upon departure.
50% of the rental fees are required to reserve dates, 50% balance 30 days prior to arrival, deposit at arrival.
Cancellation Policy: No Refunds, less than 120 days prior to arrival, unless re booked.
Payment Options: PayPal (add 4% unless you send correctly),direct deposit into Owner's bank account, Cash, or Wire Transfer - Garbage, Water, Sewer, Lawn and Pool maintenance included in rent. Normal electric use up to $50/week is included. (Overall electric costs are estimated at $65/week when A/C is running, $35/week when not). If electric exceeds $50/week usage, this will be deducted from deposit. Meter will be read upon arrival and departure, you pay actual usage over $50/week. Most tenants will NOT pay more.
Pool heater use on demand (usually results in the electric bill adding $100 per week. Not available if night air temp is under 65 degrees. Not necessary between April 1 and November 15 usually.

- Large Master Bedroom with queen bed and with 40' flat screen TV, walk in closet and tropical mural painted bathroom with shower/bath. Second Bedroom with queen bed and single trundle bed. Office can be used as third bedroom for a single bed as it has full curtain enclosure, good for a child or young adult. Sofa in living room is also big enough for an adult. This property includes all you will need for your stay with regards to household items like utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, dish and clothes soap, etc. This is not a stripped out house in a barren neighborhood...you will feel like you are staying in a Miami South Beach beachside pool cabana property and will not want to leave! Umbrella also in large 15' deep sundeck for hours of pool use out of the sun! Bedrooms are carpeted, otherwise tile floors, non slip in patio & garage. Office w/ supplies has long desk, drafting table, storage and file cabinets, fax scan print copy, PC w/ wireless mouse & keyboard usage high speed cable internet with Wifi for poolside computing. Cordless phone system (3 handsets). Security alarm included. Four bikes & two boogie boards.
