Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- A $300 security deposit is collected on each rental and is refundable following checkout.
Rental fees are payable as follows:
First $300. is due at time of booking (This is a non-refundable amount as we will remove your dates from our availability calendar and not offer them to other interested guests. 50% of remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Remaining balance is due 10 days prior to arrival. - Aquatika is the only Beach Resort that offers you all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, with the comfort of your home. Water Park on site, excellent for a romantic getaway with beach and mountain views. This unite is a two-story penthouse condominium featuring extended main living space, a spacious family room with sofa bed and a large flat screen TV/ DVD, and a huge patio with dining table and stools, sofa and chaise lounges.This condo is beautiful decorate the kitchen is all stainless steel appliances.

Clean linens and towels will be provided upon your arrival. Guests are welcome to use the in-unit laundry room to freshen any linens (detergent will be provide). The main club house offers guests a small fitness room. All bedrooms include a flat screen TV and the family room has a flat screen TV. The Terrace with outdoor seating has a spectacular view of the ocean and the mountains, beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Aquatika Resort Complex is equipped with 7 swimming pools, Water Slide, jacuzzi, children's playground, Mini Golf, Tennis Court, and Basketball courts. Our representative will greet you in person at the San Juan (SJU) airport car rental location of your choosing you will be escorted the short 15-20 minute drive to the duplex in in paradise. If you wish to stock up on groceries or other necessities for your stay they will stop along the way at the supermarket to make any desired purchases. Our representative will be available for any problems during the rest of your stay
