- 2011 rates May-Labor Day .. $1175/week;
Check-in is 3:00 on Saturday; check-out is 11:00 on Saturday;
$300 deposit required at time of reservation--$200 is a damage deposit;;
$100 goes toward the rent which is due upon arrival.;
There is no additional deposit or charge for pets.;
After Labor Day 2010 ..$775/week - Dates Available: May Until Mid-November
