Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to your arrival date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 60 days or less of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposits. It is recommended that you consider purchasing travel insurance separately to protect you against any unforeseen changes in your travel plans.
STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given for Acts of God or weather issues.
A $600 refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be refunded not longer than 30 days after a satisfactory vacancy. Renter is responsible for repair or replacement of anything damaged or broken outside of normal use and courteous care of the property. - A 50% payment of rental fee is also due at the time of booking. The balance of the rental fee is due not less than 60 days prior to occupancy. Receipt of the renter-signed copy of the Rules and the Confirmation Letter are required prior to occupancy to confirm the reservation.
There is a 10% city bed tax which is waived for rentals which exceed 30 days.
A one time $200 cleaning fee will be charged with each rental. We pride ourselves in providing a SUPER clean, sanitary and DNA-free environment for your family. Rugs, comforters, blankets and shams are laundered after EVERY guest.
A refundable pet deposit of $200 and a Pet rental fee of $25 per night ($100 per week max) will be applicable with owner approval.

We are loaded with kid stuff: Stroller, Pack 'n Play (aka port a crib), a high chair, safety latches for cabinets and safety plugs for the household outlets. For fun on the beach, we have beach gear: 4 chairs, a giant beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, 2 chair umbrellas, beach towels, 3 buckets of sand toys for the kids, Smashball, pool floats, floaties, beach ball, hats, beach totes, small, medium and large coolers. Enjoy! Before you leave for the day, indulge in a cup of espresso from our machine, and some Starbucks coffee.
