- Departure cleaning is included in your rate. Renter cleaning is no longer offered.
- We only rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) during the months of June and July. A minimum of two nights is required all other times.
Half of your rent is due upon booking. The second half is due upon arrival. A $500 refundable security deposit is due upon arrival. This check will not be cash unless there is damage to the property.

Upstairs bedrooms are on road level. Master bedroom and one of the other upstairs bedrooms have windows looking out to the lake. The third bedroom upstairs has a window that looks out to a wooded area and a window that looks out to the road.
