Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The property can be rented as a whole house for 10 people or two apartments for 4 to 6 people.
- The whole house rents for between 175.00 and 250.00 per night depending on season and circumstance. Whole house sleeps 10. the house can be divided into private apartments with a locking door in the middle, each apartment rents for half the price and sleeps 4-6. The house and apartments are very affordable for groups or separately. New furnishings, newly remodeled, CLEAN, very plush and nice. We strive for quality, comfort, and cleanliness. Cleaning fees are $60.00 for the whole house or 30.00 per apartment.
- Rates range from $175.00 to $250.00 for whole house or half of that price for each apartment. Prices vary due to season and circumstances. Cleaning fees are $30.00 per apartment or $60.00.for whole house.
