Bookings under 30 days in advance full balance of your bill is due within 24 hours of booking. We highly recommend trip insurance and there are many very inexpensive providers for this service; we always use it, you will find a link in your rental agreement for trip insurance.

- The bathroom has a very large jetted jacuzzi tub/shower. New full instant on demand hot water so you can take as many showers as you like with no hot water shortages and you can completely fill the jacuzzi bath tub for a luxurious soak with no hot water shortage!. We just added the second bathroom and installed new high effeciency washer and dryer for your convenience. No one wants to waste time on the laundry on vacation so you can get it done in a hurry with the new set up.
