Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Half down at booking and balance due no later than 15 days prior to stay. Minimum stay of 3 days. Cancellation policy: If cancelled more than 60 days prior to stay, there's a $90 cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to stay, the deposit is forfeited. If cancelled less than 20 days prior to stay, we reserve the right to charge the full amount due. Adult renter must be 21 years old or older. Unless prior arrangements have been made, the check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am local time.
