- Most of us dislike to be nickeled and dimed. My rate includes all, with the exception of optional pool/spa heat. No hidden booking fees, no hidden resort fees, no internet fees. No surprises, the total fee is quoted. If you are comparing my rates with another property, be sure that you compare the total rate.
Daily rate: $135, weekend daily rate $145 (Friday and Saturday). Weekly rate: $950; Monthly rate $3000
Minimum rental age- 25 years old and responsible
Non-refundable cleaning fee of $130 (waived on stays of 5 nights or more);
A deposit of $100 is neccessary to secure your dates. This deposit converts to a refundable damage deposit after a favorable checkout
ALL payments and deposits must be paid prior to arrival,
Flexible check-in and check-out times
Optional Pool heating fee is $30.00 for up to 12 hours of heat (Not usually needed June-September);
Optional Spa heating fee is $7.00 for up to 3 hours of heat - Dates Available: This is a year round property.

- The master bedroom has a very large walk-in closet, a master ensuite bathroom with spa like decor. Master bedroom has a king size bed that looks out onto the pool and spa area. Adjoining master bathroom with double sinks, separate shower and relaxing soaking tub. There are two additional private bedrooms with queen size beds : Queen bed in each of the other bedrooms. TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Double Bed: Full mattress can be set up upon request, all linens available.
