Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Each additional Person is $35 per head (Children 5 & older included as add'l persons)
We welcome Families with children; please let us know they will be accompanying you prior to the arrival.
12% Bed Tax Charged on top of Rates
*3 Night Minimum Stay Required Except for Christmas & New Years which require a 4 Night Minimum Stay
2 Night Stays are considered, there will be an additional $125 cleaning fee
