- $1300.00 per week peak. $900.00 off-peak.
- We require a $300.00 deposit for weekly rentals. This deposit will be refunded(within 10 days of rental completion) when rental is complete and no damages have occured. The Sept. to May monthly rental requires a full month's deposit which will be refunded provided that the property is in good order and no damages have occured. Weekly rentals will be charged a $75.00 cleaning fee. Monthly rentals are required to leave the property completely clean. If not, a $100.00 cleaning fee will be taken from the security deposit.

- The 'Hosta House' has a full size bathroom upstairs. We added a toilet downstairs where the oil tank is. Everything is very tidy, just not stylish in the half bath. There is a large laundry room sink not far from the toilet. The toilet area is very conveniently located near the swimming area. No need to dry off, just run in, use the facilities, and back to swimming.
