This property is unique in that it is both a spacious main house as well as a guest loft. Each property can be rented separately, or as one unit. Rates are shown below:
In-Season with Guesthouse (June 1, 2012-November 1, 2012): $2800 per week or $11,000 monthly. Minimum stay one week.
In-Season without Guesthouse (June 1, 2012-November 1, 2012): $2500 per week or $10,000 monthly. Minimum stay two-weeks.
Off-Season with Guesthouse: Call for rates and availability
Off-Season without Guesthouse: Call for rates and availability
50% deposit due to secure reservation; remaining 50% (plus tax) due upon arrival - Credit cards , checks, money orders, cash accepted.
In-season, minimum stay is 2-weeks.

Bedroom 3 - 1 double, Osprey's Nest
- Main House has a master bedroom with one double-bed (with skylight and fireplace), and a spare bedroom with either two single beds or one double bed - depending on preference. I am currently in the process of converting to a queen-size bed in the master bedroom. The Osprey's Nest (attached loft retreat) comes with one bedroom with a double bed and a sleep sofa in the family area. A game room can be converted to a bedroom with either a sleep sofa or double bed which can be moved in to accommodate occupants. We are flexible in terms of sleeping arrangements. Max occupancy for both Main House and Osprey's Nest: 10, but 8 is preferable.
