- This historic Victorian home features the character of CoosBay/North Bend Oregon at the turn of the century. Beautiful views of Coos Bay can be seen from every window. The multi-level home can easily sleep eight, additional people are at a per person rate. Stay for two nights for $300 or $900 for the entire week. A security deposit of $300 is required for the week. $150 is required the two night stay. A $75 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. We now except Visa and Master Cards. Renters are expected to clean up after themselves and leave towels and linens on the washer.
- (There is a basement apartment also available for rent at a lower price. This unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom and sleeps 4. A two night stay is $250 and entire week is$750. Deposits are required as well. For two night will be $l25 and the week will be $300.)
A cleaning fee of $50 will be deducted from your deposit. We now except Visa and Master Cards only. The apartment is also stocked with everything like the multilevel home.
