Zihuatanejo Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates include all taxes. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
- 50% deposit required withn 10 days to confirm reservation by personal check or credit card.
Balance to be paid 45 days prior to arrival, along with $350 security deposit.
Reservations made less than 45 days before arrival date require full payment.
20% discount available if rented as a one bedroom for one couple. - Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your reservation, we will make every effort to rent the unit to other guests. If we are able to, we will refund your deposit. The following penalties apply in the event we are unable to rent the condo to other guests:
50% cancellation penalty on cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival date.
75% cancellation penalty on cancellations received 59-30 days prior to arrival date.
No refunds on cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
No holiday refunds on cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival.
No shows will be charged 100% of the total stay.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $350 is required before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 10 days following your departure after inspection by housekeeping and all is found in order.

- Each suite has a private bathroom with an outdoor shower, beautifully finished with marble and inlaid stones, where privacy is provided by planters filled with briliant bouganvilleas! There are ceiling fans in the bathrooms and each is fully equipped with a hair dryer, luxurious towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower and hand soaps for your use and enjoyment. There is a half bath located downstairs, near the living area and pool.

- This condo has TWO KING suites, each with a private terrace, offering fabulous views of the calm blue water below. The Master suite has a unique bed built in the center of the room, so when you awake in the morning, the ocean is literally the first thing you see. The Master suite has a large closet, lots of drawers for storage, and a vanity with a lighted make-up mirror that looks out to the mountain behind where bird life and a tropical jungle abound. The Guest suite has a large walk-in closet and dressing room. The King beds are dressed in high count Egyptian cotton linens and hand woven bedspreads from Patzcuaro. The beautiful marble floors with intricate inlaid stones are softened with custom made Oaxacan rugs, laying on each side of the beds. Each suite also has a full length mirror, reading lamps, ceiling fans, air conditioning and a flat screen TV and DVD player. These are luxurious accomodations in a luxurious setting!
