Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The condo is cleaned prior to your arrival and after you depart, that fee is included in the rate.
- The maximum number of guests (including Renter) is limited to six (6) persons. A seven (7) night minimum stay is required. Saturday to Saturday rental only. Renter and cardholder must be at least 25 years of age or older.
Monthy rate: 4 week stay - Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. We require a 50% deposit to reserve the property. You would provide the information to me over the phone and I will email you a receipt. At the same time I will email you a confirmation letter with a copy of the rental agreement attached for you to read over, sign and fax/email/mail back. Once the rental agreement is signed, I’ll send you a welcome letter that provides more information regarding the house and the surrounding area. It will also have the details for entering the home upon your arrival. The remaining balance would be due the day you arrive. I would charge to the same card on file and email a copy of the receipt.
This is a Non Smoking property. Pets are not permitted.
