Sea Ranch House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $195/night
- Seventh night free, plus a $250 refundable security deposit and a non-refundable $75 check in & out fee. Cleaning is extra at $30 per hour. There is also a mid-week three nights for the price of two - Nov through Mar, excluding holiday periods. Two nights is the minimum for non-holidays, and the holiday periods vary. Sonoma County occupancy tax of
9% will be added to the above rental rates.
