The first floor consists of a living room with lofted ceilings, kitchen, dining, 2 guest rooms and 1 full bath. The living room has ample seating, a 50 inch flat screen with DVD player, and 1 queen pullout sleeper sofa. The kitchen comes fully stocked with custom cabinets, Corian tops, and stainless appliances, with seating of up to 10 people at once. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed while the other has 2 sets of twin over full convertible futons. Outside on the 1st Floor there is a covered deck on the front of the home that gives you wonderful views of the gulf and pier. On the back deck you can enjoy more views while keeping an eye out on the pool.
