- We take all major credit cards (V, MC, AMX, Discover). A $250.00 non refundable rental deposit (applied to your total weekly/monthly rental) payable online or by phone secures your vacation dates. This condo books up solid during the summer (June, July, Aug). Our returning guests are proof that Channel Harbor Unit C-7 is a great vacation value. As such, the price listed is firm. The only way to 'hold' a date is to pay the $250.00 deposit by credit card. With your rental deposit, we will 1) reserve your vacation dates and remove availability from our web sites, 2) execute and email a Vacation Rental Agreement, 3) send you driving directions, door code number, Wi-Fi pass word, parking pass and a list of fun things to do.
*Plus tax and cleaning. Taxes 12.75% (6% accommodations, 6.75% sales) cleaning $75.00.

NOTE: the pull out futon in the bunk alcove is comfortable for adults. The upper bunk is best suited for kids and young adults. The pull out queen sleeper sofa is OK. It can be best described as not being uncomfortable.
