- centrally located on long island lake winni ,boat launch 10 seconds from house. plenty to do in lakes region nearby! excellent ice fish / kayaking/ swimming at permitted beach with life guards ect at entrance to long island! lots of wildlife deer ect! great ice fishing/skating pond hockey ect snowmobile out the door 10 seconds down road to lake. skiing 1 hour to north conway or 45 min to gunstock which has nite skiing.
