NO Smoking inside the house and NO Pets are allowed . - Mai Tai can be reserved by emailing or calling us. Once reserved, the security deposit and half the rent must be received within 10 days (or full payment is required if reserved less then 45 days of check in date) to confirm your vacation for some fun and relaxation in the Outer Banks!
Credit Card payments is available and can be made via Paypal Only and a $40.00 paypal transaction fee will be applied to the total cost.
Cancellation and Travel Insurance can be purchase via homeaway website at your option.

This includes bed sheets, pillow cases and bath and hand towel sets.
