Need More Space? There is an additional Executive Cottage attached, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom that will sleep up to 4 additional guest.
MAX of 26 GUESTS if Renting the BIG BEACH HOUSE and the EXECUTIVE COTTAGE. - Rental Payments:
Weekly rentals- A $250 - $1,000 refundable deposit will reserve this home for you.
Primary renter must be 26 Years old, but Monthly rentals, large groups have a minimum $1000 refundable deposit.
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival date or any funds paid will not be refunded.
All rates listed are discounted Family Rates, unless listed. Additional $500/Group/week.
Cleaning fee is $175 for up to 6 guests.
Cleaning fee is $195 for 7-12 guests.
Cleaning fee is $250 for 13-18 guests.
Cleaning fee is $275 for 19-22 guests.
Electric golf cart rental: This is for cruising around the beach area! Have a great time, with the wind in your hair, cruise back and forth to the beach, shopping, out to the restaurants or over to the movie theater. All for just $295/week!
You can add the boat, electric trolling motor, charger & life vest for just $195/week! New. We now have paddle boat rentals available, just $99/week & up
