A rich welcome basket with high quality food and drinks.
Daily consumables (washing powder, dishwasher tablets, bathroom soap, etc) .
A pull up bed for an additional 7th person is available in mid and low season for an extra charge.
Deposit: A 30 % deposit of the total letting price is payable by wire transfer or paypal directly to the owner. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your reservation.
Balance: Due no later than 4 weeks prior to the arrival time.
Long-term rentals considered. - Insurance: It is advisable to consider insurance needs in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal coverage. Owner cannot accept any liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage incurred by tenants.
Period of stay is from Saturday to Saturday in high season. Other arrival days can be considered in low season.
Arrival time is between 4 and 8 pm, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Phone use up to 10 euros is prepaid and instructions how to reload the mobile are in the housebook.
Catering can be arranged with advance notice been given. English speaking chefs can come to the house to cook, offer cooking classes and organize wine tours.
The house has thick walls of local stone, and is well ventilated through numerous windows; it stays comfortably cool throughout the summer without air conditioning.
Central gas heating is available in spring, fall and winter.
The swimming pool is located in a separate garden, which is exclusively shared among three neighbors
It is open from 15th May to 21th September.
Car is recommended, however a driver can be booked for long distance and local excursions.
