Receipt of the deposit confirms the stay. The deposit is forfeited for cancellations within 30 days of the stay and is fully refundable at the close of the stay if there is no damage to the cottage and if cleaning doesn't exceed guidelines.

The cottage is most comfortable for two (2) guests. There is a foam sleeping pad which a child may utilize, however, the cottage is not baby/toddler friendly.
