Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekends 3 nights: Fri. thru Sun. Cleaning fee $75 ($25 surcharge over 1 week OR p/person over 6)
Premium Rates Periods ($1,500 week; $700 weekend; $250 extra night):
Presidents weekend; Valentines weekend; Memorial Day; July 4th; Labor Day; Fall Foliage; Thanksgiving.
Williams Events: Homecoming Weekend; 2012 Graduation ; 2012 Alumni Week: $330 per night, 3 night min; Williamstown Film Festival
Groups of more than 6 adults: $150 surcharge per weekend; $350 surcharge per week.
