- $1000.00 Security deposit. Due at time of booking to reserve dates. Rent in full due 60 days before arrival. There will be a security required for pets of $500.00 and a Cleaning fee of $250.00 This Property makes for the perfect place to have a weedding or family reunion or other events. There are special rates for different things and there is many things available to you that you would normaly have to rent. Call for more information
- IN Season Weekly rentals are $6,500.00 / Daily rate is $1000.00 Per night
OFF Season, Weekly rentals are $3,500.00 / Daily rate is $750.00 Per night
Holiday Weekends $2,500.00 / Four Day Weekend $2,000.00
Three Night Weekends $1,750.00
