Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rates $995-$1595/Daily $145-250
- Low Season.....$145/night...$895/wk; Mid Season.....$170/night...$1095/wk; High Season.....$200 night...$1295/wk; Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.....$1495/week; Special Rates available for multiple weeks.
- Pool heat an additional charge $35 day/$225 week. Hot spa heat only available $30/$200 week. Hot spa and pool heat $275/week. Suggested pool heat October through April. A reservation deposit of $200 to confirm booking. Full balance due 60 days before check-in, a refundable security bond of $500 is requested 14 days prior to check in and will be returned once final inspection after check out. Cleaning of $120 applied to rentals less than 7 days

- 1st Floor Master King suite has private access to covered lanai and pool/spa area along with 32in flat screen LCD TV with DVD player. Spacious and private King master suites on each floor. In addition, each floor has an en suite. All bedrooms have designer comforter sets, flat screen tv's with streaming movies and blu-ray players. Both twin bedrooms have DVD players., one has a PS2 Bonus sitting room on 1st floor has leather daybed with trundle, 50 inch HD TV with blu-ray and Wii console. ALL bedrooms have cable TV and ceiling fans. A pack in play is available for infants. Just added a 60 games arcade unit, 40 inch flat screen in games room and 40 inch in loft with PS3!
