We hold a security deposit Security deposits can be paid in cash at check in or with credit card at the time of booking.

NOTE: There is an administrative fee of 8% if paying your rent with a credit card. If you wish to pay by cash which is a bank to bank wire transfer, cash transfer, or Euro French check the 8% is not charged.
There is a final cleaning fee of 95Euros at the end of each stay. - Dates Available: Year round starting November 1st, 2011. Check availability with vanette to make reservation.
We are offering the winter term November 1st to May 1st, 2011 for the 7 months at long stay option 8750Euro + electricity, gaz, internet, satellite TV based on usage.
