- A Deposit of 50% is required upon reservations - Balance is due 30 days before arrival date
- Cancellation Policy:
1. A cancellation fee of $950.00 will be held if canceled less than 30 days of arrival date.
2. If canceled before the 30- day limit a fee of 200.00 will be assessed for wire transfer return.
3. You may bank your deposit and come at a later date within the one year's period of deposit, subject to availability.
4. We recommend that you Purchase Travel insurance (see our website at www.homeaway.com #293922) for further details.
