- There is a $1,000 (refundable) damage deposit. Laundry service, for linens only, is provided at no additional charge. All towels must be washed, dried and folded prior to departure. Home is fully furnished. Weekly rentals only. Arrival is at 3 PM on saturday and departure is at 10 AM the following Saturday.
Unfortunately we do not rent for weddings / receptions.
