Rates include departure cleaning, bed linens and towels. There is a 12% South Carolina tax on rental fees. A $500 deposit is required at booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Dates are reserved upon receipt of deposit and confirmed with payment of the balance. A $150 Security Deposit is required when the balance is paid. The deposit will be returned within 21 days of departure following inspection of the unit by the manager or agent. Payment may be made by personal check, cashier's check, bank or postal money order. Check-in is 3:00 P.M.
Check-out is 10:00 A.M.
