Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Pet fees of $100 for first pet and $50 for each additional pet. Three pet maximum.
- For holidays and spring break, add $200 per week or $50 per night. Spring break rental requires a one week minimum. Holidays require a 3 night minimum.
- Cleaning fees and taxes are not included in the rates listed above. Cleaning fee is $125 and taxes are 11% of total.
