Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Summer: June 04-Sept 10...One week minimum Sat-Sat..$2650/week
Fall: Sept 11-Nov 30...$275/night (3 night min.)..$1950/week..$5150/month
Winter: Dec 01-Feb 28...325.00/night (3 night min.)..$2250.00..$5650.00/month
Spring: Mar 01-Jun 02..$275/night (3 night min.)..$1950/week..$5150/month - *Payment Options: Credit Card (preferred), Personal/ Business check, Cashier's check, Money Order, or PayPal (add 2.9% transaction fees).
*A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental fees.
*A $500 deposit will be refunded shortly after departure once the key is returned and the premises are left in an acceptable condition.
*There is a $150 maid service fee.
*Information such as obtaining a key and whom to call for assistance will be provided once final payment is received.
