We require a 50% security deposit at the time of your reservation.The remaining balance can be paid 30 days prior to arrival and no later than the day of your arrival. When the payment is made in full, you will receive a confirmation letter and key code to obtain the key out of our lock box.
All money is refundable less a $50.00 processing fee up to 10-days prior to your stay, at which time, the deposit is forfeited in the event of a late cancellation. - Last minute bookings are defined as arrival in less than one week.
