Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cancellation Policy
- Rentals are 100% refundable until sixty days prior to booked arrival date. Cancellations made less than sixty days before booked arrival date are non-refundable except to the extent of re-rental, less cancellation fee of $100 per booked week.
- Payment may be made via personal check, money order or Paypal. For rentals of one week or more, a 50% deposit is due within seven days of booking to hold the reservation; the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. On rentals of less than one week, full payment is required within seven days of booking.
