If someone books for more than seven nights, for instance, 10 nights, this will create a four night opening on our calendar that can be reserved in Advance
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8 People No Exceptions. Teenagers, Kids/Toddlers or Babies are counted. A charge of $100/night /adult/teenager/grown-up/kidsor/Toddler/Baby will be charged if MAXIMUM OCCUPANC - Dates Available: - a minimum of 4 nights required to book in advance from NOV 1-FEB 28/29 . From MAR 1 up to OCT 31 only weekly rentals available, except if someone books for 10 nights and creates an opening of 4 days. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: FAMILY RENTALS ONLY! Our unit WILL NOT be rented to vacationing students or young adults(under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. During Spring Break Season, we require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. PARENT MUST BE STAYING IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES . OUR RENTAL UNIT IS MONITORED FOR VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY. ALL VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED AND ALL RENTAL PAYMENTS AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED. RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES ARE NULL AND VOID AND CHECK-IN WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. This policy includes reservations made by parent who do not check-in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of the stay. NO EXCEPTION
