Chebeague Island Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $900.00 per week, plus 7% state tax, plus cleaning.
- Cleaning is based on what we actually pay our cleaners or do ourselves. If you leave the cottage vacuumed and in good order, with the laundry started- the cleaning charge is minimized. The difference from $75 will be refunded. If the actual cost is more than the cleaning charge, the extra amount is deducted from the deposit.
- We ask for a fully refundable $200 deposit against breakage, loss, or excessive cleaning. This will be refunded by mail after you vacate.
